Mark has been a water resource professional since 2005. He is a specializes in water supply planning and the management of large complex data sets used in support of accounting and modeling efforts. He is extremely familiar with the Colorado Decision Support System (CDSS) and the suite of tools provided by the State of Colorado for data management and decision making. Mark prides himself on the development of simple solutions for complex problems and the use of a data centered approach. He is manager of the State of Colorado’s first Precipitation Harvesting Pilot Study for Sterling Ranch and is the lead modeler for Eagle River Water and Sanitation District’s planning model used to supprt the Eagle River Commununity Water Plan and needs of multiple stakeholders in the Basin.
